There are no activation or cancellation fees attached to any of the SWEAT440 memberships.

If you wish to cancel your membership, you may do so by calling SWEAT440 customer service at 888-507-9328 28 days prior to your next billing date. Failure to do so will result in the billing of the next 28-day membership cycle for which no refunds will be provided. No refunds will be provided for any prior billings. Emails and in-studio cancellations are NOT accepted.

Memberships are entitled to a complimentary freeze every 12 months, for a consecutive period of up to 90 days. After this period, a fee of $25 per month will apply for continued membership freeze. Freezing a membership for an indefinite period of time is not permitted. If a member is unable to use the studio due to injury, the $25 monthly freeze fee may be waived upon submission of a medical note. Annual memberships and Summer Pass Memberships may not be placed on freeze unless the request is supported with a medical note.

If your membership freeze occurs within 28 days of your next billing date, our cancellation policy will still apply. To cancel your membership, a request must be submitted at least 28 days before your next bill date while your membership is active.

#NEVERLATE Guarantee: A full refund is available for the first month of membership when the following is met. This offer is exclusively for first-time members who signed up for a full-price Unlimited Monthly Membership. Even if the full-price membership is purchased, but a promotional discount is applied, the guarantee is no longer valid. To be eligible for a full refund of the membership fee, the member must attend at least 12 classes within their first month of membership at the location in which the membership was purchased. The member must request the refund on or before the last day (28th day) of the membership cycle by calling customer service at 888-507-9328. This will trigger an immediate termination of the membership. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
